Stockholmsmässan can offer you full service – on the spot! Regardless of whether you need help with transport, place an additional order or having a bite to eat you will find everything in one place, Stockholmsmässan.

Service Center
At the Service Center we can help you with almost anything you need during installation / dismantling or during the actual event. At the Service Center you have access to computers, photocopying, fax and an Exhibitor Shop. The Service Center is situated on the second floor of the A-gallery, at the entrance of the C-hall and at the East Entrance.

The Exhibitor Shop
When your stand is ready you might need to change or add something. If so, visit the Exhibitor Shop in our Service Center, where you will find all those practical things that can solve most situations. For example you can find light bulbs, extension cords, coffee, cups, adhesive tape, string and much more. The Exhibitor Shop is located next to the Service Center on the second floor of the A-gallery.

Exhibitor Lounge
All our exhibitors and congress organizers have exclusive access to the exhibitor lounge with restaurant, changing rooms and shower facilities. The entrance to the lounge is under the stairs leading up to the Park Side restaurant. The lounge has the same opening hours as the exhibition and an additional half hour after the exhibition closes. The restaurant next to the lounge serves the dish of the day, as well as lighter lunches. The restaurant is open for the greater part of the day.

Bank, ATM and cash handling
Cash deposits and exchange services are not possible to execute at the fair, as there is no bank office on the site. The closest bank office (Nordea) is situated at Johan Skyttes väg 192 in Älvsjö (other side of the railway, about a 7 min walk from the fair). The bank office’s clearing number is 3248 and the number for their bankgiro service is 307-3061.

ATMs are available by the information desk at the main entrance and at the East Entrance.

We have no possibility of handling cash or providing change for cash payments at the fair. In order to facilitate direct sales during the fair we recommend you to contact one of the phonebased systems for credit card payments available, ahead of arriving at the fair.

Catering
Sandwiches, beverages and much more may be ordered from Mässrestauranger telephone 08-727 72 40.

Cloak-rooms
Cloak-rooms are located in the entrance lobby, the A- and B-gallery and in the
C-hall. The cloak-room facilities are subject to a fee.

Commuter train
Commuter trains to and from Stockholm Central Station leave 8-12 times per hour. The journey takes approximately nine minutes. Tickets for SL trains and busses may be purchased at Stockholmsmässan. The ticket machines are located in the lobby by the Main entrance.

Disability access
The restaurants, the conference halls and the exhibition halls are all accessible for disabled visitors. We have 20 parking spaces close to the Main entrance which are reserved for people with a disabled parking permit. Disabled toilets are available on the premises. Wheelchairs are available at the Information desk for a deposit.

Elevator
Elevators are situated by the A-gallery, the East Entrance and in the B-hall.

Keys
Keys for the small meeting rooms may be signed out at the Service Center.

Small meeting rooms
Sizes between 8 to 28 people. All the rooms are situated on the first floor balcony, along the gangway of hall A, between the Service Center and the East Entrance. For more information or reservation please contact Congress and Guest Event at +46 8 749 42 25. It is also possible to rent office space on the first floor of the A-gallery. Please contact the Service Center for more information.

Medical Assistance area
Located between the A- and B-gallery, behind Pressbyrån.

Nursing rooms
Stockholmsmässan has nursing rooms on the venue.

Parking
Stockholmsmässan has 4,000 parking spaces available for visitors arriving by car. There are 2,000 spaces in our parking garage and the rest you find in the outdoor spaces surrounding the exhibition center.

Parking fees are as follows:

– Indoor parking 35 SEK per hour or 100 SEK per day.

– Outdoor parking 30 SEK per hour or 90 SEK per day or

–  25 SEK per hour and 80 SEK per day at the “Örbyparking” on the other side of Huddingevägen.

On the automatic pay stations there is a button marked “utställare” (exhibitor), by using this the exhibitor can buy a ticket valued for six days. The automatic pay stations accept cards but if you want to use coins to pay there are money-changing machines by both the Main entrance and the East entrance.

Photocopying
Photocopying machines are located in the Service Center, subject to a fee.

Pressbyrån (newspapers & magazines)
Located in the lobby by the Main entrance.

Hall A

From floor to ceiling
The asphalt floor, painted grey, can withstand a maximum load of 2,000 kp/m2. In the newly built part, to the left of cargo bay PA12 on the drawing below, there is another maximum load. Please contact Event Services, eventservice@stockholmsmassan.se, for more information. The ceiling has two levels. The highest point of the “high section” is 16.0 m, while the ceiling height varies in the rest of the hall from a minimum of 7.2 m to a maximum of 9.6 m. Along the hall’s walls, the ceiling height can be significantly lower. The hall has 30 supporting pillars.

Power and water, heating and sanitation
Connections for water, drainage, compressed air and power points are via service channels in the floor. The position of the service channels is normally indicated by two dotted lines on the drawing of the proposed position. Make use of the service channels when planning your stand to avoid troublesome running of pipes and cables on the floor.

Transportation

Transport and deliveries are directed to gates PA1-PA18. You can see the dimensions of the gates below. Security guards or transport personnel at Goods Inwards can help direct you to the correct gate.

Transportation

BC

From floor to ceiling
The concrete floor, painted grey, can withstand a maximum load of 1,000 kp/m2. The ceiling height is 5.1 m. Along the hall’s walls, the ceiling height can be significantly lower. The hall has 17 supporting pillars.

Electricity and water, heating and sanitation
Connections for water, drainage, compressed air and power points are via the pillars. Make use of the pillars when planning your stand to avoid troublesome running of pipes and cables on the floor.

Transport and deliveries are directed to gates PB7 and PB8. Security guards or transport personnel at Goods Inwards can help direct you to the correct gate.

Transportation
Transport and deliveries are directed to gates PC1 and PC5. Security guards or transport personnel at Goods Inwards can help direct you to the correct gate.

Halls CB and CC

From floor to ceiling

The concrete floor, painted grey, can withstand a maximum load of 1,000 kp/m2. The ceiling height is 7.2 m at its highest point and 4.3 m at its lowest point. Along the hall’s walls, the ceiling height can be significantly lower. Section CB – CC has 24 supporting pillars.

Connections for water, drainage, compressed air and power points are via service channels in the floor. The position of the service channels is normally indicated by two dotted lines on the drawing of the proposed position.

Transportation

Victoria Hall

From floor to ceiling
The floor comprises natural stone and withstands a maximum load of 2,000 kp/m2. Part of the hall has an upper level, and both levels are connected by a staircase. The upper level floor comprises concrete blocks and can withstand a maximum load of 400 kp/m2. The height in the hall varies between 4.3 m and 6.9 m. Along the hall’s walls, the ceiling height can be significantly lower. There are limited opportunities for suspending wires. Please contact Event Services, eventservice@stockholmsmassan.se, for guidance.

Power and water, heating and sanitation
Connections for water, drainage, compressed air and power points are via service channels running along the outer walls of the hall. There are limited opportunities for connecting to the drainage system. Please contact Event Services for more information.

Transportation
Transport and deliveries are directed to gates PV1 and PV2 for the lower level and gate PK1 for the upper level. Security guards and transport personnel can help direct you to the correct gate.
